Sony Events Rebate Instructions

What you need to do:

1) A single-use, unique access code is required to submit a claim. Each code can only be used towards one item. Codes are issued exclusively by Sony at select events and not by our retail partners. Rebates are only offered on specific Sony models listed below.

2) Once you’ve received a promo code, purchase an eligible model (must be a new product) from a Sony Authorized Retailer and submit the rebate claim. List of eligible models is provided below.

3) Please visit http://www.premierrebates.com and follow the directions to submit the claim. You will need to upload:

• Image of the original UPC label clearly cut from the box/packaging
• Must include UPC code, model name and serial number
• Must complete a survey

4) After your claim is approved (approximately two weeks), you will receive an email with instructions on how to access your funds, via a Sony Prepaid Visa card — you will have the option of either a virtual or physical card.
