- Lens distortion correction is not applied to X-OCN clips recorded in-camera. When using Sony or licensed partner E-mount lenses, lens distortion correction can be applied in Catalyst Browse, Catalyst Prepare, or Catalyst Prepare Plugin using embedded lens metadata. Clip preview support for lens distortion correction will be added in a future update. - During shooting, lens distortion correction is applied to the image displayed on the camera’s LCD monitor and to the video output via HDMI. However, lens distortion correction is not reflected during clip preview. As a result, the appearance of distortion may differ between shooting and clip preview

This unit is not compatible with the ILME-FX3, ILME-FX3A, ILME-FX30, or ILME-FX2, and cannot be used simultaneously with the OLED viewfinder. Measured under factory default settings at the time of purchase, at 25 °C (77 °F), using Sony CFexpress Type A memory cards and an FE 28-70mm F3.5-5.6 OSS II lens (both sold separately). Video recording time is based on CIPA standards, with video quality set to XAVC S-L 4:2:2 FF 5K 16:9 23.98p, and no operations other than starting and stopping recording.
