Mastering calibration, the key to flawless colors
What attracts people to a motion picture? There are many elements that go into the creative process such as scripts, scene blocking, editing and color grading. The creator's story comes to life when these elements are faithfully reproduced on a TV screen for an immersive, emotional visual experience. Precise color reproduction is the key, revealing the facial features of actors veiled in shadow, subtle details in a spontaneous flash, and fine gradations from dark to light. The MASTER Series is precisely calibrated at the factory for white balance and uniformity to meet the needs of professional creators and ensure consistently high performance.
Preserving the passion of the creators
To address color variations from the production process, the MASTER Series is ready to use Portrait Displays' high-performance Calman auto-calibration software. This allows an unprecedented level of calibration and the ability to fine tune adjustments simply not possible through conventional picture settings. It delivers high-fidelity color reproduction that's true to the original TV signal and can even adapt to the subtlest changes in color that may occur over time.
